From tea leaf to concentrate
Organic tea grown in China is made into a concentrate before it reaches the store. It is the base of every drink we make.
We choose teas we would drink plain: jasmine green, high mountain oolong, roasted oolong, black tea, osmanthus oolong, hojicha and matcha.

Measured to the gram
An automatic machine measures concentrate, milk and ice for every cup, so the drink I liked last week is the drink I get today.
It also gives our team more time at the counter.

Finished at the counter
People do the rest: the shaking, the pouring and the hello. Every store is run by the company, and every team is trained the same way.

Our matcha
Matcha, from a concentrate
Our matcha starts in organic tea gardens and becomes a fresh concentrate, temperature-controlled all the way, with nothing added.
- Silky and even. Smooth from the first sip to the last.
- Sweetened only when you order, to your taste. You choose the sweetness, from 0 to 100%.
- It looks the way it should. An even, bright green with clean layers, in every glass.
