Frequently asked questions
Do you take online orders?
Not yet. Every drink is ordered and made in store.
Where is your tea from?
Our tea is organic and grown in China, and is made into a concentrate so every store pours the same cup.
Can I change the sweetness and ice?
Yes. Every drink can be made from 0 to 100% sweetness, with less ice.
Do you have dairy-free options?
Yes. Most drinks can be made with oat milk, and our coffee, fruit tea and pure tea families include drinks with no dairy.
Where can I find the full ingredient and allergen list?
In every store. Please tell us about any allergy when you order.
I'm a landlord or broker. Who do I contact?
Email hello@oakgeniususa.com with the address, size, asking rent and a few photos.
